Administrative &IR Officer (a Group-II Level) Prospective candidates should have good academic track record, preferably with Engineering background and/or Post Graduation in Management.  Candidates with facility management experience will be given preference. Candidates should have multi-functional experience of at least 15 years in a similar capacity in large service organisations and ability to lead teams in the above areas Rs. 15600 – 39100 + 9000 (Grade Pay) Around 50 years ASCI is looking for an Administrative & Industrial Relations Officer, a Senior Level position.Major responsibilities cover, among others, efficient management of the estate, housekeeping, staff quarters, transport, security, gardening, catering, procurement, stores, human resources and union management relations, etc.
Assistant Officer – Accounts (a Group-III Level) B Com Degree with Advanced Accounting as one of the subjects; and having Associate Membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Costs and Works Accountants of India will be preferred. Knowledge of accounting packages is essential
Persons with at least 5 years’ experience in the above functions.
Rs. 11000 – 35000 + 5000 (Grade Pay) Around 45 years
  • Preparing and monitoring of all budgets.
  • Monitoring of financial and management accounting systems and procedures.
  • Monitoring of cash flow and investment of funds.
  • Finalisation of accounts, including their audit.
  • Liaising with statutory auditors and internal auditors.
  • Independently handle Service Tax and Income Tax matters
  • Any other administrative tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

The above position carries a number of benefits. Apart from the pay, the incumbent will be eligible for Campus Accommodation only for Administrative & IR Officer (not entitled for HRA), Dearness and Conveyance Allowances, LTC, Medical, Contributory PF and Gratuity. This appointments are on a contractual basis and initially offered for a period of Three to Five years, subject to probationary period of one year. The age of superannuation is 60 years.
