        5. Qualification The applicant should be a Graduate in any discipline with MBA/PGDM (Materials Management/Stores) from an AICTE/UGC recognized University/Institute. Preference shall be given to candidates with additional diploma/course in SAP in MM & PP module.
        6. Indicative Job Description The key responsibilities of the incumbent will be:- 1. Dispatch plan in co-ordination with Marketing and Operation group 2. Giving call up to the transporters based on dispatch plan/schedule 3. Arranging loading of material as per delivery instruction 4. Preparation of Invoice 5. Co-ordination with QC for test reports 6. Organizing Road Permit and related documents 7. Follow-up with the transporter for receipt of materials by clients 8. Ensures dispatch orders are delivered in an efficient and timely manner 9. Certifying transporters bills and co-ordination with A&F Department for their payment 10. Preparation of invoices and dispatch to the clients / customers as per requirement 11. Keep proper accounting of transportation job against service orders and inform purchase function well in advance for arranging proper purchase order 12. Carry out risk purchase in consultation with purchase function 13. To prepare regular reports as required and advised from time to time 14.
