innovative approach to business. The current opening is on 3 years fixed term contract and the details of the position is as following

  8. JOB PROFILE MANAGER [FIT SALES – NORTH] : Responsible to effectively liaise with clients and work tour costings and itineraries.  Assist the sales staff in achieving the planned sales/revenue targets and plan profit margins. Achieve self and Branch targets set by Reporting Head, oversee the file handled by staff reporting to him and be aware of the status of the file. Ensure executive handling the file has done a proper handover of the documents well before the travel date of the passenger,ensure to obtain feed back from passengers once the travel is executed. Ensure laid down systems and procedures are adhered to and outstandings cleared within the stipulated time,update oneself with the product on a regular basis and promote the product effectively,update oneself with the market trends and try to effectively promote products, Regular follow ups with passengers and try for maximum conversion,DSR/MSR/WEEKLY Report to be reported timely as per the procedure laid down, to prepare MIS reports and maintain good rapport with clients/colleagures
  9. COMPENSATION Selected candidates will be placed on three year fixed term contract. Compensation will be linked to qualification and experience and shall be as per the industry standards.
