The company is looking for qualified and experienced professionals to man a key role in the junior management level in its Corporate IT Department, as per details given below:
- Position Title Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager (SAP) – MM
- SBU/Function & Location Corporate IT Department, Kolkata
- Level & Grade Junior Management; Grade E1/E2/E3
- Qualification The applicant must be Graduate Engineer/MCA. Candidates with PG Qualification in Comp. Appl./System Administration/Business Administration/SAP certification in relevant modules, etc. will be preferred.
- Indicative Job Description The key responsibilities of the incumbent will be:- 1. Manage day-to-day issues related to user and their system support requirement in MM Module. 2. To handle programming issues related to ERP (SAP) database with special attention to the MM Module. 3. Undertake business process mapping exercise, interface with user to understand Customization/developmental requirements, develop workaround document and implement the same subject to approval, in post-go-live phase. 4. Support the report development processes. 5. Co-ordinate with SAP database administrator for MM Module. 6. Train users on various aspects of MM module including but not limited to report development, etc. 7. Handle activities related to data migration process and creation of master data. 8. Support SAP help-desk on need basis in relation to MM Module.
