BBJ, a Central Public Sector Undertaking, under the control of Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises and a subsidiary of Bharat Bhari Udyog Nigam Ltd. ( BBUNL) is engaged in Civil Construction / Bridge Construction projects all over India. It urgently requires the following Executives:

Assistant Manager, Officer & More Vacancy:

Pay Scale:
1) Assistant Manager ( Information Technology): Rs. 20.600- 46,500
2) Assistant Manager (Marketing) : Rs. 20,600 – 46,500
3) Officer (Personnel & Administration) : Rs. 16,400 – 40,500
4) Officer ( Finance & Accounts) : Rs. 16,400 – 40, 500

Sl.No. 1: Bachelor / Master Degree in – Information Technology/ Computer  Application / Computer Science or M.B.A(IT)[ 2/3 yrs.] from recognized  University / Institution.

Sl.No. 2: M.B.A (Marketing) / PGDM (Marketing) [ 2/3 yrs.] from recognized  University / Institution or B.E / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical Engg.

Sl.No. 3: M.B.A ( HR)/ PGDM (HR/ IR/ PM)[ 2/3 yrs.] from recognized University / Institution.

Sl.No 1: Experience in PSU / reputed Company in the field of Tally Accounts , Pay Roll, P.F. Infrastructure and Net Work Management with System Administration, Maintenance of Website & E-Mail Domain , Database Administration etc.

Sl.No. 2: Candidate should have good communication skill. He should be able to achieve the assigned target and undertake extensive tour. Experience in marketing role is preferred.

Sl. No. 3: Should have knowledge of Personnel Policies, Labour laws, Selection & Recruitment, Placement, Training, Grievance Counseling , Negotiation skill etc. Experience in PSU/ Large Organization is preferred.

Sl.No. 4: Candidate should have worked in Junior Management position in Finance & Accounts Department in a large Engineering / PSU/ Construction Company in a professional environment with experience in Final Accounts, Auditing, Cash Management, Sites Accounts etc. Should have sufficient knowledge and experience in handling all facets of Financial functions. Working knowledge in computerized accounts & accounting software is essential.
