Assistant Coordinator

CEPT University invites applications for full-time Assistant Coordinator position at President’s Office. We are looking for professionals who possess excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the tasks and activities of the President’s Office under the guidance of Coordinator- President’s Office
  2. Organize internal / external meetings and phone calls, and maintain calendar of activities for the President’s Office.
  3. Prepare relevant documents & materials for meetings – spreadsheets, presentations, reports, etc. in coordination with concerned people from various Faculties & Departments.
  4. Prepare and distribute official correspondence, memos, letters, reports or other documents as requested.
  5. Manage upkeep of all important matters related to the President’s Office.
  6. Support preparation of and maintain understanding of policies and procedures of the University. Prepare and issue clarification notes on the same when necessary.
  7. Support University and Faculty colleagues in organizing and managing any special events when required.
  8. Manage monthly invoices and arrange travel requests when required.
  9. Participate in general administrative duties, ad-hoc projects, committees and or other group events.
  10. Support internal staff members on various tasks as and when directed.

Preferred Qualities and Qualifications:

  1. Positive attitude and self motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
  2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English language.
  3. Demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality
  4. Strong time management and coordination skills.
  5. Attention on detail and consistency.
  6. Ability to interact effectively in writing, over phone, and in person.
  7. Ability to adapt any process changes and comfortable working with people at all organizational levels.
  8. Bachelors/Masters Degree (in Business Administration/Mass Communication or other relevant discipline) with 3-6 years of Professional experience in a similar capacity preferably in Education or Corporate sector.
