OR

Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education.

15 years of administrative experience of which 8 years as Deputy Registrar or on an equivalent post.

iii)               Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric standard.

Preference will be given to those having experience of various functions of conduct of examinations, including evaluation, compilation of result and declaration thereof, at a large organizational level.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL INFORMATION:

  1. Only those possessing prescribed qualifications and experience as given in the enclosed Annexure-A may apply along with attested copies of testimonials of each examination/class of the required/concerned course (s) (from Matric onwards) with application fee of Rs.600/- (Rs.150/- for EBP of Haryana State only) for Sr. No. 01 to 06 and Rs.400/- (Rs.100/- for EBP of Haryana State Only) for Sr. NO. 07 to 13. The reserved category candidates except EBP in Gen Category applying for General Category post are required to pay fee meant for General Category posts. The application fee be enclosed with the form in the shape of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Registrar, Ch. Bansi Lal University, Bhiwani and sent to the Registrar, Ch. Bansi Lal University, Bhiwani latest by 29-09-2014 up to 05:00 PM or by next day in case of University Holiday falls on last date. Separate application be submitted for each post along with required fee.
  2. Only Hard copy of Application in Prescribed Form obtainable from University website www.cblu.ac.in will be acceptable and no online application is acceptable.
  3. The number of posts may vary depending on requirement and availability. Any of the posts here advertised may be withdrawn from being filled up at any time without assigning any reason.
  4. Incomplete applications or without relevant supporting enclosures will be out-rightly rejected. Experience and qualifications will be reckoned as on the last date of submission of application form. Knowledge of Computer is also essential.
  5. Application forms received without the prescribed fee, and/or received late on any account including postal delay shall be summarily rejected.
  6. If a large number of applications are received, the University reserves the right to shortlist candidates on the basis of an objective criteria, including holding a screening test and on the basis of higher qualifications although the applicants may possess the minimum qualifications which will be uploaded on the University website. Only such candidates who are found eligible by the Screening Committee and/or short listed on the basis of objective criteria, including holding a screening test and on the basis of higher qualifications will be called for interview. Those declared ineligible will not be informed of their status being as such. Candidates are thus advised to make sure before applying that they are indeed eligible for a given post in terms of the minimum eligibility conditions.
  7. The benefit of reservation will be available to the candidates of Haryana State only.
  8. Candidates who are in employment in Govt./Semi Govt./Public undertakings should send their applications through proper channel, or submit “No Objection Certificate” from their employer at the time of interview.
  9. In case of any inadvertent mistake in the process of selection, which may be detected at any stage even after the issue of appointment order, the University reserves the right to modify/withdraw/cancel any communication made to the candidates.
  10. In case of any dispute/ambiguity that may occur in the process of selection, the decision of the University shall be final.
  11. The selection committee(s) may decide its own method of evaluating the performance of the candidates in interview.
  12. A panel of clerk shall be drawn and as and when a post becomes available, the same shall be filled up from the panel as per roster points. Final eligibility of each candidate will be checked in the case of Clerk at the time of interview. A written test of General Aptitude and Computer typing test will be held for recruitment to the post of Clerk/Junior Scale Stenographer, in addition to test of shorthand where applicable, the date for which will be put on University web site i.e. www.cblu.ac.in and also published in News Papers. Final eligibility of each candidate will be checked in the case of Junior Scale Stenographer at the time of interview.
  13. It will be decided by the University to conduct written test in addition to interview for recruitment to the other post also.
  14. The selected candidate will also have to undergo a medical examination from a government hospital to ascertain his/her medical fitness for the post at the time of joining.
  15. Appointment orders issued by the University shall be provisional and subject to character/antecedent police verification of all the original documents, veracity of caste certificate, experience certificate and other relevant documents.
  16. Canvassing in any form may lead to cancellation of candidature.
  17. No TA/DA shallbe paid to the candidates for attending the interview.
