Dredging Corporation of India Limited, the largest Public Sector Dredging and Maritime Development Company in India with a status of “Mini-Ratna” Category-I, a successful Domestic & Global Player in the field of Dredging, requires dynamic, result oriented professionals with proven track record for the following posts:

GENERAL MANAGER (HR)- 01 Post (UR)

      1. Scale of Pay: Rs.43200–66000/- Age: Upto 52 Years
      2. For Internal Candidates Upto 56 years.
      3. QUALIFICATIONS: PG Degree OR PG Diploma in HR/Personnel Management/ IR from  a recognized University.
      4. EXPERIENCE: Candidates should have experience in senior level position in HR  Department, Strategizing and implementing HR systems/procedures. Knowledge of  Labour Laws is required.  Should have 2 years Experience in the immediate lower scale of pay in case of PSUs/  in equivalent immediate lower scale of pay in case of Government/ Autonomous  bodies.  OR For others, should have 15 years post qualification experience.
      5. Brief Duties and Responsibilities: GM(HR) is HOD and responsible for functions of HR  Department and report to Director (Finance). The functions include framing and  implementation of HR Policies, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Human Resources  Development, Wage Agreements, Disciplinary Matters, MOU Targets, etc.

DY.GENERAL MANAGER (FIN)- 01 Post (UR)

      1. Scale of Pay: Rs.32900–58000/- Age: Upto45 Years
      2. QUALIFICATIONS: Member of CA/ ICWAI
      3. EXPERIENCE: Candidates should have experience in the Finance & Accounts  department and should be well conversant in all aspects of accounting and  finance, Corporate Accounts, Revenue, Internal Audit, Budget, Taxation, Working  Capital Management, Capital Expenditure, Resource mobilisation, PF, Gratuity,  Repair, Maintenance, Operational Accounts, Salaries, etc. Should have 2 years Experience in the immediate lower scale of pay in case of PSUs/  in equivalent immediate lower scale of pay in case of Government/ Autonomous  bodies. OR For others, should have 10 years Post Qualification Experience in a responsible  position.

DY.GENERAL MANAGER (TECHNICAL)- 01 Post (ST)

      1. Scale of Pay: Rs.32900 –58000/- Age: Upto 45 Years
      2. QUALIFICATIONS:MEO Class-I/ Dredge Engineer Grade-I.
      3. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 04 years post-qualification experience on Vessels and  handling vessel repairs, Maintenance independently, ensure maintenance of vessels  in a seaworthy condition, compliance of valid statutory and class certificates of  vessels, meeting ISM/ISPS requirements of vessels, providing shore based technical  support to the vessel is required.

DY.GENERAL MANAGER (DDR)- 01 Post (UR)

      1. Scale of Pay: Rs.32900 –58000/- Age: Upto 45 Years
      2. QUALIFICATION:MEO Class I/ Dredge Engineer Grade I
      3. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 04 years of post qualification experience in any Shipping or  Dredging Company.

MANAGER (FINANCE) – 2 POSTS ( UR -1, SC-1 )

      1. SCALE OF PAY: RS.29100-54500 Age: Upto 40 years
      2. Qualification: Member of CA/ICWAI
      3. Experience: Candidates should have experience in the Fin.& Accts. Department and  should be well conversant in financial, taxation, compilation of final accounts, budgetary  control, work contracts etc. Should have 2 years Experience in the immediate lower scale of pay in case of PSUs/ in  equivalent immediate lower scale of pay in case of Government/ Autonomous bodies. OR For others, should have 8 years Post Qualification Experience.

DY. MANAGER (MARKETING) – 1 POST (UR)

      1. SCALE OF PAY: RS.20600 – 46500/- Age: Upto 35 years
      2. Qualification: First class full time MBA (Marketing Management) from a recognized University.
      3. Experience: Candidates should have experience in the field of Dredging or Civil  Engineering or in a Heavy Engineering Industry. Should have knowledge in the field  of market study, market intelligence, business development, analysis of business  opportunities domestic and abroad, joint ventures, special purpose vehicles, image  building, corporate communications etc., Should have 2 years of experience in the immediate lower scale of pay in case of  PSUs/ in equivalent immediate lower scale of pay in case of Government/  Autonomous bodies. OR For others, should have 4 years Post Qualification Experience.

DY. MANAGER (MATERIALS) – 1 POST (ST)

      1. SCALE OF PAY: RS.20600 – 46500/- Age: Upto 35 years
      2. Qualification: B.E./B.Tech.(Mech.)/ Electrical /Electronics /Production Engg./  Mech.Marine from a recognised University. PG Degree or PG Diploma in Materials  Management is preferred.
      3. Experience: Candidate should have experience in Materials department. Should have 02 years of experience in the immediate lower scale of pay in case of  PSUs/ in equivalent immediate lower scale of pay in case of Government/  Autonomous bodies. OR For others, should have 04 years of post-qualification experience.

 ASST.MANAGER (FINANCE) – 4 POSTS (UR-2,OBC-1,ST-1)

      1. Scale of Pay: Rs.16400-40500/- Age: Upto 35 years
      2. QUALIFICATIONS: CA/ ICWAI.
      3. EXPERIENCE: Candidates should have experience in Finance & Accounts dept. Candidates possessing CA/ ICWAI, Should have 02 years Experience in any level in  case of PSUs/ Government/ Autonomous bodies  OR Others working in private organizations with CA/ ICWAI, should have 02 years  experience in Executive/Officer Cadre.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEES

Selection process for MTs (Materials): Selection for Management Trainees will be based on GATE score and interview. Candidates having GATE Score irrespective of year of appearance may apply for the above posts. Selected candidates will be paid consolidated pay of Rs.30,000/- p.m for a period of One year (Training period). On successful completion of Training, regularization will be in E1 grade in the scale of pay of Rs.16400 – 40500 at the initial basic of Rs.16400/- with probation for one year. At the time of joining, selected candidates should execute a bond of Rs.1,00,000/- (One Lakh) to the effect to serve for a period of 03 years (excluding training period)
