Detail of Energy Efficiency Service Limited (ESSL) Programme Manager & More Vacancies Recruitment:

Role Programme Manager

        1. Objective The Programme Manager will be responsible for the overall business development of Energy Efficiency projects across India. He will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and adjusting the project plan (based on the input and deliverables of team members), providing implementation experienced leadership strategies to the Executive Sponsor, and ensuring the effectiveness of the officers assigned to the project.
        2. Other specific responsibilities may include: Responsibilities o Conduct or facilitate the Implementation Project Kickoff and Status meetings. o Directs all planning and monitors the activities of the regional teams required to meet overall program goals o Manage the stakeholder relationships. o Approve the implementation schedule and project plan. o Measurement of plan vs. actual with variance analysis. o Continually monitor scope, time frame, budget and risk
        3. Desired Skills and Experience o 14 years of experience preferably in one of the following domains: Discom, Energy Efficiency, Power, Energy Audits, Climate Change, and Environmental Management or similar functional areas. o Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget while communicating with key senior leaders o Specific understanding of DSM principles o Knowledge of customer service principles o Should be comfortable in computer usage and MS Office skills o Should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills o Should possess understanding of Power sector/ Energy Efficiency and/or Demand Side Management o For deserving candidates with relevant experience in the field of Energy Efficiency, relaxation in experience up to 4 years can be considered.
        4. Qualification A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics & Telecommunication/Mechanical or Master’s Degree in Economics/ Science/ Statistics.
        5. Contract Term The initial term of the contract will be 2 years.

Role Regional Manager

        1. Objective o The Regional Manager will be responsible for the overall coordination and business developments in the assigned resigns. He will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and adjusting the project plan (based on the input and deliverables of team members), providing implementation experienced leadership strategies to the Executive Sponsor, and ensuring the effectiveness of the officers assigned to the project. Role Project Manager

        1. Objective Coordinate the implementation of the Energy Efficiency deliverables. The role has to lead a successful implementations, meeting timelines and budget requirements, working through DISCOMS/regions. Responsibilities o Develop an implementation checklist to ensure that regional implementation teams can be set up to ensure successful implementation o Build an implementation plan with timelines, corresponding to the release plan, in conjunction with delivery teams, o Identify potential issues and risks early in the implementation to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans o Track end user satisfaction and continued engagement
        2. Desired Skills and Experience o 9 years of experience preferably in one of the following domains: Discom, Energy Efficiency, Power, Energy Audits, Climate Change, and Environmental Management or similar functional areas. o Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget while communicating with key senior leaders o Specific understanding of DSM principles o Knowledge of customer service principles o Should be comfortable in computer usage and MS Office skills o Should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills o Should possess understanding of Power sector/ Energy Efficiency and/or Demand Side Management o Adequate experience in the field of energy efficiency could be treated in lieu of experience relaxation
