Detail of Government of Jammu and Kashmir Rehbar-e-Talim Teacher Recruitment:

In pursuance to Government Order no:- 597-Edu of 2003 dated:-02-06-03 read with Secretary to Education vide letter No:-Edu/PS/Secy/11/2009 dated:-22-06-2009 and Director School Education Jammu’s order No:-DSEJ/RET/38-44 dt:-09-04-2007 and Govt. order No:- 288-Edu of 2009 dated:-08/04/2009 and Order No:-503-Edu of 2010 dt:-10/06/2010. Village level applications on prescribed format are invited from permanent residents of J&K State for engagement of Rehbar-e-Talim teacher at village level in the District Reasi only and in case of TAC/NAC, at ward level under SSA against the schools listed in Annexure “A”. Applications shall be submitted in their respective Zonal Education Officer’s office within 10days after the publication of this advertisement. The objections to the panel so framed, if any shall be invited from all concerned with a week’s time after framing the said panel.

The applicant must fulfill the following eligibility conditions:-

1. The age of applicant should not exceed age limit as mentioned below as on 01-01-2015. a) Minimum 18 Years. b) Maximum (General) 40 years. c) SC/ST/RBA 43 years d) Handicapped 42 years e) Ex serviceman 48 Years. 2. The applicant must be permanent resident of J & K State. 3. The applicant must be possessing minimum basic qualification as under:- a) 10+2 pass from recognized Board/University. b) Any qualification acquired after cutoff date of receipt of applications as per this advertisement shall not be considered

The applicant must attach the attested Photostat copies of the following certificates/testimonials with the application form:- a. Permanent Resident Certificate. b. Matriculation certificate for Date of Birth(10th class Pass Diploma). c. All Academic Qualification certificates along with marks card. d. Reserve category Certificate issued by the Competent authority under SRO 126 of 1994 & SRO-294 dated:-21-10-2005. e. Self Addressed envelope affixed with postage stamps worth Rs 5/-. f. A copy of recent passport size photograph of the applicant duly attested by the Gazetted officer be paste on the application form. The Applicant shall be selected on the basis of strict merit at village level. The candidate to be appointed should be actually/presently residing in the village where the appointment is to be made. Selected Candidates shall be in receipt of a monthly honorarium @3000. Number of Vacancies available in each school have been indicated below.The selected candidate shall have to enter into agreement with the department that he/she shall not apply for transfer from the post held by him/her at initial appointment. The Department shall reserve the right to discontinue the engagement of any RET engaged at any time if his/her performance is not found satisfactory . Candidate found guilty of impersonation or submitting fabricated document or documents which have been tempered with or making statement incorrect or false suppressing material in information will render himself/herself liable for criminal prosecution.  Application if any , already submitted by the candidates will not be considered in the present advertisement and they will have to apply a fresh. No application shall be considered after the expiry of the last date. A treasury receipt of Rs 10.00 enclosed with the application form. At the time of submission of application form to the Zonal education Office, ZEO Concerned will himself attest the form and all the documents. The candidate has to produced the original documents at the time of submission of application form. The department shall reserve the right for cancellation of any post that is going to be advertised .Candidates already Engaged as RET’s / Selected in the final panel list should not be allowed to apply in the current advertisement, in any case.
