Detail of  High Court of Hyderabad Presiding Officer Recruitment:

I am to state that the Under Secretary to the Government of India, New Delhi, in his letter referred to above has stated that the post of Presiding Officer, Central Government Industrial Tribunal — cum — Labour Court at Dhanbad — II and Guwahati is to be filled up shortly in accordance with the provisions contained in Section 7 & 7A of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and requested that the circular may be given wide publicity so that there would be sufficiently large number of candidates applying for the post. The letter from the Under Secretary, Government of India, New Delhi, along with its enclosures are placed in the High Court’s Web site i.e., http: I /hc.tan.nic.in. As has been directed, I am to state that the High Court upon considering the said notification decided to call for willingness applications from the Officers working in the cadre of District Judges and thus requested to circulate among the District & Sessions Judges, working in your District! Unit and informed further that the Officers, who are eligible may download the copy of the letter from the High Court’s official Web Site and submit their willingness applications (in original), directly to the High Court, on or before 04.06.20 15 by SPEED POST or any other source. Further, the applications received after 04.06.2015 will not be forwarded.

The scales of pay attached to the post of Presiding Officer of the CGIT-cum Labour Courts are follows:

  1. Distt. Judge (Entry Level) — Rs. 51,550-1230-58,930-1380-63,070/-
  2.   Distt.Judge(SelectionGrade) Rs. 57,700-1230-58,930-1380-67,210- 1540-70,290/-
  3.  Distt. Judge (Super time Scale) — Rs.70,290-1540-76,450/-.
