DUTIES AND TIMINGS : You are required to offer your services at our Corporate Office, Royapettah for at least 2 hours a day for 3 days in a week from Monday to Friday, between 1.00 PM to 05.00 PM. 2. You shall be present on the days on which our Board / Management Committee (of the Board) meetings are held at Chennai and will attend to the ‘Directors’ if warranted. 3. Staff members reporting for duty after long medical leave will be referred to you to ascertain their medical fitness. 4. You will be paid the consolidated honorarium every month on declaration basis, after deducting applicable Income Tax as per Tax laws. 5. The Bank will provide the necessary space, basic amenities and also first aid and essential medicines to be administered to the Staff, if necessary, immediately after medical examination. 6. Your engagement as Doctor on contract basis shall be initially for three years and renewable thereafter on yearly basis on mutually agreed terms. 7. The Bank reserves the right to withdraw / cancel or modify the terms of contract at any time without assigning any reasons thereof after issue of one month notice to you.
