Officer/Manager

The Officer / Manager will assist Head-EEP in all administrative functions of this program. The Officer / Manager, Executive Education Programs (EEP) is a senior functionary who provides total administrative support for the program Head-EEP. The Officer / Manager will report to Head-EEP.

Job Description:

  1. Preparation of Annual Calendar planning and facilities booking and overall program support to both EEPs and In-company programs.
  2. Monitoring of brochure printing and mailing, Media Planning (newspapers, journals, etc.)
  3. Program promotion and monitoring nominations status. Ensuring that less number of programs get cancelled.
  4. Program allocation and execution with support from EEP Team (both EEP and In-company).
  5. Ensuring, Accounting, and follow-up on pending payments.
  6. Budgeting, Accounting, and follow-up on pending payments.
  7. Coordination with Chairperson, EEP and Program Faculty Coordinators.
  8. Facilitation to participants (EEP/In-company/Army/Dubai, etc.).
  9. EEP and In-company program budget monitoring.
  10. EEP website and EEP mailing monitoring.
  11. Program related query handling (telephonic and email).
  12. Co-ordination of EEP Board meetings, preparation of Annual Report and Board briefings.
  13. Preparation of Annual Report on faculty sessions and monitoring of yearly program reports (both EEP and In-company) and feedback compilation.
  14. Coordinating workshops for the Team (Communication, Stress Management, Excel etc.).
  15. Coordinating with other departments in the Institute such as Accounts, Stores, Transport, Case Unit, Alumni, etc. for smooth functioning of the department.
  16. Coordinating with external service providers for improved services.
  17. Compilation of EEP data (past years) as required by the Chairperson, EEP.
  18. Compilation of EQUIS data.

Reporting to:

  1. The selected person will report to Head-EEP.Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements:
  2. An MBA or equivalent master’s degree or higher, with at least 7 to 10 years’ experience of which at least five years’ experience should be related to designing, developing, marketing, and selling executive programs or professional services to corporate clients. The candidate should be self-driven and should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and multi-tasking abilities. A good knowledge of Excel, Access, and other computer-related tasks is essential.

Salary & Allowances: Selected candidate will be offered a fixed term appointment for a period of three years on a consolidated monthly salary on CTC mode, which may be extended for further period as required.
