Post Code : CFO – CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER – (UR-01)

How to apply :

      1. Candidates who applied earlier for the posts at Ser No 2,3, 4 & 6 above, vide Advt No. R-01/2013 dated 11.04.2013, may apply again since the same were cancelled due to ban on recruitment.

Application fee is Rs.200/— for each post and fee can be remitted either through online payment or drawn as demand draft from State Bank of India in favour of “Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode’ payable at IIM Kozhikode Campus. Demand Draft is to be drawn at the time of submission of online application. There is no application fee for SCIST/Differently’Abled and Departmental Candidates of IIMK.       12. Separate application along with application fee is to be sent for each post.
      13. Experience should not include Apprenticeship and Training of any form and experience should be relevant to the post advertised & after obtaining basic qualification for the post. Experience is calculated in years/months/days separately 0f same/various organizations with different spells and added to arrive at total years of service. While doing so, 30 days and 12 months will be taken as one month and one year respectively.
      14. Incomplete applications and applications without the required supporting documents will be summarily rejected. Submission of online application alone ie. without receipt of the signed copy of the printed application form, will be considered as incomplete application.
      15. Mere fulfilling of the minimum qualifications and experience prescribed will not make a candidate eligible to be called for the Selection Process & Interview. Short listing of candidates for the selection process and interview will be done by 8 Screening Committee constituted by the Institute. The Committee so constituted will go through the applications received for the post to check the eligibility and suitability of the candidate who have applied for the post and shortlist the candidates for the selection process and interview.
      16. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the Selection Process & interview. The selection process may consist of written / oral / practical tests / interview or a combination of these. The institute will constitute a Selection Committee, which will oversee the selection process and conduct interviews. The Selection Committee, will, if required, fix minimum cut—off marks for the selection process and interview. Cut off marks will be fixed by the Selection Committee based on the degree of difficulty of the written/oral/practical tests and previous trends and will be decided on the day of the selection process. Candidates, who secure the minimum cut-off marks, will be considered suitable for the posts and evaluated accordingly. Selection to the post will be on the overall merit subject to securing the minimum cutoff marks and meeting the laid down criteria.
      17. Graduation received from Armed forces will not be taken into consideration for posts advertised with Grade Pay Rs.4200 and above.
      18. There is no upper age limit for departmental candidates holding regular position in IIMK.
      19. No correspondence/interim enquiries/telephonic eqquiry in the matter will be entertained
