The person will work in the Admissions Office, carrying out all work related to CAT 2015 activities. The appointment is purely on temporary basis or a contract appointment for six months period, with one or two months’ extension, if required.
- Job Description: The person would be assigned with all work related to CAT 2015. Integrity, honesty, completion of work in time and maintenance of confidentiality in data and all matters concerning to CAT and Admissions should be the essential attributes of the incumbent. Some of the tasks are defined as follows: Coordination/communication with the CAT conducting Agency. Monitoring of CAT website. Monitoring/tracking of registration of CAT candidates. Screening and replying of all queries related to CAT. Tracking/ maintenance of fees collection. Preparation and corrections/modifications of material for uploading on the website. Handling of pre and post CAT data Reporting to: The selected person will report to and work under the guidance of CAT Convenor and Admissions Officer.
- Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements: A Post-graduation in any discipline with a good command over English Language is essential. Should possess a good communication skill in English and should have a competency in computer operations in MS Office (Word, Excel and Access)Internet and e-mailing, etc. One to two years’ experience in managerial/supervisory level is desirable.
- Salary & Allowances: Selected candidate will be offered a fixed term appointment for a period 6 – 8 months on a consolidated monthly salary on CTC mode. Salary will be between Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 50,000 to the right candidate.
