    • Qualification: Post-Graduate Degree or Diploma (under 10+2+3/4+2 scheme) in any subject from a reputed institution, with consistently good academic record. An MBA (preferably with HR specialization) from a reputed Institute will have an added advantage.
    • Experience: Minimum 20 years of relevant post-qualification experience, with at least 10 years at top or senior level, with global exposure in large entities, renowned agencies in HR consulting or in multinational companies. Excellent communication skills in English and good working knowledge of computer applications will be essential. Candidates who have retired/are retiring soon in top or senior positions in MNCs or renowned companies are also encouraged to apply.
    • Age: Preferably below 60 years.Chief, Corporate Relations
    • Functions: To assist the Institute in placement participation of highly reputed corporate organizations. Other functions will include corporate relations, corporate networking, corporate campus interactions, and corporate funding and sponsorships. Further, to liaise with Corporates, PSUs and Multinational Companies of national or international repute from various sectors of the industry and to assist the Institute in corporate consultations and any other functions as assigned.   1. Chief Engineer (Civil)
    • (Fixed Pay Rs. 77,000/- p.m.)
    • Mode of Appointment: On contract for one year, extendable based on requirement & performance.
    • Qualification: Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (under 10+2+3/4+2 scheme) or an equivalent professional qualification. A certificate/diploma in CAD/CAM and Automated Project Management Systems may be an added advantage. Consistently good academic record and sound knowledge of Civil Project Design and implementation. Should have good communication skills in English.
    • Experience: Minimum 20 years of relevant post-qualification work experience in case of Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering and minimum 18 years of relevant post-qualification work experience in case of Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering (excluding apprenticeship or training period). Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in government or academic/research/commercial organization of national/international repute. Applicants should have vast experience in handling large civil structure projects covering both civil and electrical work. Good working knowledge of computer operations and use of engineering software applications is preferred. Knowledge of installation and maintenance of electronic equipment will be an added advantage. Experience of coordinating with multidisciplinary design consultants and construction teams on large projects costing above 100 crores, Knowledge of CPWD rules, and experience in quality control are desirable. Candidates who have recently retired or are soon retiring from similar positions in government/PSU/ academic/research/commercial organization are encouraged to apply.

    • Functions: Advise Director on conception, design and management of the New Campus Development Project of the Institute. Handling of all the activities, viz, statutory approvals, construction, road, power, water supply, sanitation, filteration plants, STP, etc. of the New Campus Project of the Institute. Responsible for supervision and monitoring the progress of complete work and quality control measures. Monitoring of estimates, schedules and drawings in respect of Master Plan and Design of allied services. Preparation of Tender documents. Measurement of work done and verification of bills of the construction related work whenever required. Coordinating with PM/PMC, Project Architect and construction agencies of the New Campus Development.   2. Senior Engineer (Civil)
    • (Fixed monthly salary Rs. 53,000/-)
    • Mode of Appointment: On contract for one year, extendable based on performance and requirement. Persons superannuated/Superannuating from CPWD/PWD/PSUs and well known construction companies can also apply.
    • Qualification: Degree/diploma (under 10+2+4/3 scheme) in Civil engineering or an equivalent professional qualification from a reputed institution, with additional qualification/experience of handling electrical work. Consistently good academic record and communication skills. Good working knowledge of computer operations and engineering software applications is preferred. Knowledge of installation and maintenance of electronic equipment will be an added advantage.
    • Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience (excluding apprenticeship or training period) in Government or academic/research/commercial organization of national/international repute, with at least 5 years at Assistant Engineer or higher grade handling responsibilities as Project Engineer. Applicants should have experience in handling large civil projects with commensurate electrical work. Candidates who have recently retired or are soon retiring from similar positions in government/PSU/ academic/research/commercial organization are encouraged to apply.
    • Age: Preferably below 60 years. If retired, upper limit can be up to 62 years.
    • Functions: Handling civil projects (with electrical component) of the Institute.     • Experience: Minimum 7 years (5 years for SC/ST) of relevant post-qualification supervisory experience in a government department or academic/research institution/commercial organization of national/international repute, with at least 3 years in the lower Grade Pay or equivalent of Rs. 4600/- or 4800/- in the Pay Band or equivalent of Rs. 9300-34800 (pre-revised scale of Rs. 7500-12000).
