Assistant Manager/Executive & More Vacancies

Karnataka State Rural Livelihoods Mission (KSRLM) has been entrusted with the task of implementing National Rural Livelihoods Mission in the state of Karnataka. Sanjeevini is the name given to the Karnataka State Rural Livelihood Mission. Sanjeevini will be implemented in the State through a registered society called the Karnataka State Rural Livelihood Promotion Society. The mission of the KSRLM is – “To reduce poverty by providing gainful wage and selfemployment opportunities through community institutions resulting in sustainable improvement in their livelihoods and to enhance the livelihood opportunities.”

  1. Position Name Assistant Manager – Social Mobilization & Capacity Development
    • Salary Range 40000 – 45000 Per Month
    • EligibilityFull time Post Graduate (2 Yrs) in any discipline minimum 5 years relevant thematic / programme experience in the rural Development. Knowledge of kannada (Read & Write) is desirable.
    • Age 28 – 45 Years.
    • Job Description Assistant Manager – SM & CD shall: Assist State programme manager (SM & CD) in training & capacity building at all levels. Develop & Implement methodologies for capacity building of existing SHGs. Selection & capacity building of Women CRPs, Implementing agencies and bankers and partnership and networking with various stake holders. Monitor & maintain database of capacity building activities undertaken. AM (SM & CD) Will be extending handholding support to district and block unit on linkages with financial institutions, convergence with Government programmes, capacity building of community institutions, planning and disbursement of CIF and team building. Any other task as assigned by the Project.
  2. Position Name Assistant Manager – Monitoring & Evaluation and Management Information System (M&E and MIS)
    • Salary Range 40000 – 45000 Per Month
    • Eligibility Full time Post Graduate (2 Yrs) in any discipline minimum 5 years relevant thematic /  programme experience in the rural Development.  Knowledge of kannada (Read & Write) is desirable.
    • Age 28 – 45 Years.
    • Job Description Assistant Manager –M&E and MIS shall: Assist State programme manager (M E&) in design and rollout of Annual work plans, perspective plans under the M&E Component. Conducting Research & Documentation in rural development projects, review and verify project documents, develop effective data for action. Monitor and ensure timely and accurate entry of all MIS data to all project activities. Establish a qualitative & quantitative M&E mechanism to measure outputs, outcomes, results and impact ensuring project reporting on a timely and accurate basis. Prepare MIS progress report from time to time and assist in designing and implementing various systems in the organisation. Planning & Organise Capacity Building Programmes on M&E Component to various stake holders. Any other task as assigned by the Project.
  3. Position Name Assistant Manager – Jobs, Skills & Placement
    • Salary Range 40000 – 45000 Per Month
    • Eligibility Full time Post Graduate (2 Yrs) in any discipline minimum 5 years relevant thematic /  programme experience in the rural Development. Knowledge of kannada (Read &  Write) is desirable.
    • Age 28 – 45 Years.
    • Job Description Will support SPM – Jobs, skills and placement in designing & development of annual work plans, perspective plans for the state under placement component.  Plan for specific jobs placement training programs matching the demand – supply scenario in the state.  Manage partnership and convergence with similar agencies at state level and ensure delivery of output as per schedule. Consultation with target stake holders on feedback of job placement activities in order to improve design and delivery.  Plan and conduct job fairs at various levels to ensure placement of trained stake holders. Play a lead role in cross regional knowledge sharing including learning and exposure visits, workshops and seminars, and in producing knowledge products on jobs placement. Any other task as assigned by the Project.
  4. Position Name Procurement Officer

    • Salary Range 45000 Per Month
    • EligibilityFull time graduate in any discipline with minimum 5 years of procurement experience in any world bank aided projects in Development Sector. Knowledge of kannada (Read & Write) is desirable.
    • Age Above 28 Years.
    • Job Description Procurement officer will be responsible for all procurement activities to be carried out by the mission; Conduct procurement capacity building activities for the State mission staff members and district teams. Review and handle the technical, commercial and legal aspects of procurement at all stages of the implementation cycle. Liaise with NRLM, MoRD on processing post review cases and get clearance on packages as per business standards. Work with Government Organizations/NGOs in Rural Development space, commercial and legal compliances of procurement at various levels, development of procurement related manuals. Any other task as assigned by the Project.
  5. Position Name Executive – Financial Inclusion
    • Salary Range 30000 Per Month
    • Eligibility Full time Graduate in any specialization with minimum 3 years in Banking / Insurance / Mutual Funds / Housing Finance sector / Non Banking Finance Companies.
    • Age below 40 Years.
    • Job DescriptionAssist State Programme Manager – Financial Inclusion for coordinating SHG Bank Linkages, Financial Inclusion Activities.  Knowledge on entire process of forming SHGs to establish bank linkage and the necessary bank linkage involved. Familiarity with RBI rules and guidelines concerning financial inclusion. Assist State Programme Manager – Financial Inclusion on financial inclusion aspects specially on SHG bank linkage, alternative rural banking solutions, ICT Innovation on Financial Inclusion, Micro Insurance Etc.,  Assist in developing tie-ups with banks and different financial institutions.  Manage the data base of the existing linkages and the prospective linkage under inclusion.  Any other task as assigned by the Project.
  6. Position Name Executive – MIS

    • Salary Range 30000 Per Month
    • EligibilityFull time Graduate in any specialization with minimum 3 years of relevant experienceat larger scale of Management Information system.
    • Age below 40 Years.
    • Job Description Monitor & ensure timely and accurate entry of MIS data related to all project activities.  Prepare MIS progress report from time to time and assist in designing and implementing various systems in the organisation. Assist in arrangement of capacity building programme on MIS component to various stakeholders.
    • Any other task as assigned by the Project.
