  1. SENIOR CONSULTANT Requirements: • First Class Post Graduates in MBA/PGDM from reputed institutes having an experience of 12 – 18 years, preferably with reputed consultancy firms, in the areas of Corporate Strategy, Transaction Advisory, PPP Projects, Finance Facilitation, HR Consultancy, Energy Management etc.
  2. Responsibilities: • To support the management team in providing leadership and deliverables towards the Company goals and Group objectives. • To undertake Business Promotion activities like identification of business opportunities, developing concept notes, preparation of proposals, follow up with clients and to lead a team of consultants by providing timely advice and guidance and to achieve the specific target set for the sub-groups.
  3. Corporate Strategy – Preparation of vision document, business plans, turnaround strategies, revival and rehabilitation proposals, asset utilization strategies.
  4. Project reports – Undertaking feasibility studies, financial modelling, financial statements, developing financial indicators, sensitivity analysis, cost-benefit analysis.  Transaction Advisory & PPP Projects – Project advisory encompassing structuring and financial modelling, preparation of documents for bid process management like EOI, RFQ, RFP, DCA.  Market Research & Studies – Conduct analyses and develop insights, conduct market research and benchmarking studies.  Finance Facilitation – Advisory services for financial institutions in project appraisal & promoter evaluation, loan syndication and Corporate Debt Restructuring.
  5. HR Consultancy – HR study, organization restructuring, Balanced Score Card, developing HR systems, training and development. • To monitor, check and ensure that the assignments are completed according to agreed parameters, within specified time while adhering to agreed quality standards.
  6. To provide effective consultancy services as per highest professional quality, demonstrating efficiency and confidence to clients on the project processes. • To follow up with clients for getting feedback on the output provided and for ensuring cash flows are met as scheduled.
  7. CONSULTANT Requirements: • First Class Post Graduates in MBA/PGDM from reputed institutes having minimum 4 years of experience, preferably with reputed consultancy firms, in the areas of Corporate Strategy, Transaction Advisory, PPP Projects, Finance Facilitation , HR Consultancy, Energy Management etc.
  8. YOUNG PROFESSIONALS Requirements: • Fresh candidates with MBA/PGDM from premier business schools.
  9. ADVISORS Requirements: • Professionals with MBA/PGDM from reputed institutes having minimum 25 years of experience, preferably with reputed Consultancy firms, in the areas of Corporate Strategy, Transaction Advisory, PPP Projects, Finance Facilitation, HR Consultancy, Energy Management etc.
  10. FINANCE OFFICER-CUM-COMPANY SECRETARY Requirements & Responsibilities: • ACS Qualification and Membership from Institute of Chartered / Cost Accountants of India, having minimum 5 years post qualification work experience in Managerial cadre with reputed organisations/Consultancy/ Audit Firms.
  11. Responsible for handling secretarial matters applicable to the company under Companies Act including compliance of Secretarial standards, Filing of Forms and related legal compliance. Coordinating all board meetings of the company and maintenance of related statutory records.
  12. Responsible for monthly MIS and consolidation of accounts and upkeep and accuracy of books of account, establishing internal controls and processes in co-ordination with internal auditors of the company Shall demonstrate thorough understanding of Accounting concepts and compliance of various laws applicable like service tax and sales tax, etc.
  13. Incumbent shall be responsible for completion of Statutory audits, C&AG audit and internal audit of the company. Key constituent in drafting budgets, cost control, General Ledger review etc. •Monitoring of capex and opex spend of the company.
  14. Demonstrate professionalism, competence and clarity of communication while laisoning/representing before statutory authorities for compliance of laws particularly taxation and labour laws.  Shall possess expert knowledge on MS office and working knowledge of ERP applications.
  15. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO MANAGING DIRECTOR Requirements: First Class Graduates / Post Graduates in Engineering, with MBA and minimum experience of 5 years .Possess strong technical skills and good communication skills to deal with clients and other stake holders.
  16. Thorough understanding of computer applications and aptitude for modern management information systems and controls. Good report-writing skills to help prepare effective updates for clients and management.
  17. Responsibilities: Assist Senior Management in regular co-ordination on diverse activities projects.  Co-ordinate various meetings with clients and other stakeholders and to ensure that preparatory briefs and minutes are prepared well in time.
