        1. Name of post Co-ordinator (Institution Building & Capacity Building) (1) Project Description The integrated social development programme of Attappady focuses on the comprehensive social development of the community. Education, health, capacity building of women, livelihoods would be the focal areas of the project. The project would be implemented by developing Collectives and institution of the women. The aim is to build up exclusive institutions of tribal women which would lead to effective absorption and utilization of funds. The project aims at countering the present crisis and effectively lead to socio-economic development through the construction of strong social institutions of women andenable them to engage in Micro-credit, sustainable livelihoods,  upliftment of social status, accessing entitlements and rights and asserting agency as equal citizens in the development process. Attappady would also be the training ground for social inclusion and development work in similar marginalized and extremely vulnerable tribal areas of India. S/He will mobilize to form producer groups and producer federation of farmers. S/ he will be responsible for the entire management of the programme. S/he will work with the PMU to manage the entire programme and will develop training modules and build strategies to carry forward the programme.
