A PREMIER MINIRATNA, SCHEDULE “A”, GOVT. OF INDIA ENTERPRISE UNDER MINISTRY OF STEEL, PROVIDING ENGINEERING, CONSULTANCY, CONTRACTING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES REQUIRES EXPERIENCED HR PROFESSIONALS ON CONTRACT BASIS AS PER FOLLOWING DETAILS :-

  1. Designation & Minimum Qualification/ Experience required : Jr. Executive Associate (HR)/ Executive Associate (HR) – Candidate should be a Graduate & having Full-time regular MBA degree or equivalent (two years duration) with specialization in HRM/ HRD from a recognized Institute (AICTE/ UGC approved) + Minimum 02 / 06 years experience in Human Resource Management encompassing Performance Management System, Formulating HR Policies, Training Need Analysis, Preparation of Annual Training Plan, Training Budget, Coordinating and organizing Training Programs of technical and soft skills by internal/ external faculties, vocational training, Apprentice training, Orientation Programs for new joinees, taking up knowledge management initiatives, Performance Management activities, Reward & Recognition of employees, organizing Employee Satisfaction/ Engagement Surveys. (Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD will be as per Government guidelines)
  2. Remuneration / Scale of Pay : a) Jr. Executive Associate (HR) : `35000/ `38000/- Consolidated emoluments b) Executive Associate (HR) : `45000/ `50000/- depending on place of posting On selection the consolidated emoluments of the candidates shall be suitably fixed based on experience.
  3. Maximum Age Limit as on 30.06.2015 : The maximum age limit for General category candidates for induction in various grades is as mentioned below :- a) Jr. Executive Associate (HR) : 26 years b) Executive Associate (HR) : 30 years Relaxation in age will be permissible for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates as per Government of India policy. Age relaxation can be considered for deserving candidates.
  4. Duration of contract and Posting : The selected candidate would be appointed on contract basis initially for one year extendable upto maximum three years (03) depending on performance. Place of posting at HO/Engineering Offices/ Regional Offices.
  5. General : All candidates appearing for the recruitment process will have to appear for the written test as well as interview. The candidates should ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria and other requirements and that the particulars furnished by them are correct in all respect. In case it is detected at any stage of recruitment process that the candidate does not meet the eligibility criteria and/or the candidate has furnished any incorrect/ false information or has suppressed any material fact(s), the candidature of such a candidate is liable to be rejected.   6. Incomplete applications/ improperly filled application form will be liable to be rejected.
  7. Candidates appearing for interview should produce all original documents {proof of date of birth, qualification mark-sheets, degree certificates, caste certificate (if applicable), experience certificates, NOC (wherever applicable) etc.} at the time of Interview, failing which such candidates will not be permitted to appear for the interview.
  8. Based on qualification, experience, age and aptitude for the post suitable placement in the grade and fixation of consolidated emoluments can be offered to successful candidates.
  9. Candidature of a candidate is liable to be rejected at any stage of recruitment process or after selection or even after joining, if any information provided by the candidate is found to be false or untrue , or is found to be not in conformity with eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement.
