APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED IN PRESCRIBED PERFORMA FOR APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE (GRAPHIC/CREATIVE DESIGN) ON CONTRACT BASIS.
- NUMBER OF POST: 02 (UR)
- DUTY STATION: CORPORATE OFFICE , NEW DELHI
- PAY SCALE (IDA): 12600-32500 (E-0)
- UPPER AGE AS ON CLOSING DATE: 29 YEARS.
- QUALIFICATION: Degree / P G. Diploma in Graphic Design or other Art & Design based subject from recognised University / Institute.
- SKILL REQUIREMENT: the candidate should havei. IT enabled Drawing skills. ii. Art of visualizing ideas. iii. Creative ideas. iv. Excellent communication skill (both Hindi & English).
- KNOWLEDGE & APPLICATIONS: The candidate should have thorough knowledge & creative application of: i. Corel draw graphic suite. ii. Photoshop. iii. 3-D Max.iv. Graphic software programme. v. Preparing layout design of publications on computer.
- POST QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE: 01 year in the relevant field.
- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: i. To conceptualize & design company’s brochures, folders, coffee table books, pamphlets, banners, hoardings, leaflets etc. related to Real Estate Sales & Marketing. ii. Concept creation & designing of promotional clips / contents / material for print & electronic media in respect of marketing / sales / launch of Real Estate Projects. iii. Coordination & Follow up with agencies/consultants for printing of brochures & pamphlets etc. iv. Observing & following the market trend of Real Estate Marketing & incorporating the same in company’s Real Estate Sales & Marketing inputs etc. v. Conceptualization & designing of company’s corporate magazines. vi. Promotion of Real Estate sales in Social Media.
- BRIEF TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ENGAGEMENT: 1. The engagement will be on contract basis initially for a period of two years, which can be extended further on the basis of performance & mutual consent. 2. Persons selected will be eligible for remuneration viz. Basic Pay, DA, HRA only and other facilities like Contributory Provident Fund, Medical Insurance / Medical Allowance, Leave & LTC as per Company rules. 3. TA/DA will be paid as per the entitlement of a serving employee of equivalent rank in NBCC. 4. Mobile facility will be provided under CUG Scheme as per NBCC Mobile Facility Scheme applicable to similar level of officer(s).
