Detail of National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) Junior Project Fellow Recruitment:

Recruitment of One Junior Project Fellow (JPF) for the Project entitled “Gender review of textbooks from Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Haryana, Rajasthan and Jammu & Kashmir (Hindi, English, Social Studies and Science)” The Department of Gender Studies, NCERT, New Delhi invites applications to recruit One Junior Project Fellow on temporary basis to work on the project mentioned above. The terms and conditions of the fellowship are as below:

      1. No of post : 01
      2. Essential : Master’s Degree in any subject preferably in Education/ Science/Maths/Languages/ Women/Gender Studies with at least 55% marks or equivalent.
      3. Computer literacy : should be able to analyze data on computer and present the data suitably and prepare report in Hindi & English
      4. Desirable i) Analysis of Textbook from Gender Perspective ii) Fluency in English and Hindi iii) NET qualified from UGC, however, Non NET candidate may also apply.
      5. Tenure Upto May 31, 2015
      6. Age Below 30 years (5 years relaxation in the case of SC/ST and female candidates and 3 years of OBC candidates)
      7. Value of Fellowship Rs.16000/- NET Rs. 14000/- Non NET

Selection Procedure for National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) –  Junior Project Fellow  Post:

        1. Written Test on 22.12.2014.
        2. Shortlisted candidates will undertake face to face interview.
        3. Dates are yet to be announced for the final selection
