National High Power Test Laboratory Pvt. Ltd.(NHPTL) is a Joint Venture Company of NTPC, NHPC, POWERGRID , DVC & CPRI (under Ministry of Power). The objective of the Company is to establish a state-of-the—art on-line High Power Short Circuit Test Facility which will be fully independent, professionally managed, stand alone testing facility in India to providefull range of Short Circuit testingforthe electrical equipment manufacturing industry and will serve power utilities in conformance to Indian and International Standards.

NHPTL is looking for following Experienced Executives for its STATE OF THE ART Testing Laboratory Facility at BINA, Madhya Pradesh, DELHI/NCR. The qualifying requirementofthe posts are asunder:

Chief Executive Officer

  1. Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from recognized University. MBA, Ph . D in a ny Electrical Engineering Discipline would be given prefere nce.
  2. Experience Profile: Should have experience in Design and/or Construction and/or Operation & Maintenance of Generating Power Stations, Design and/or Construction and/orOperation & Maintenance ofTransmission system of Electricity, Testing and/or Operation and Maintenance of high power test laboratory. Candidate should have excellent leadership qualities, administrative & Managerial Capability. Candidate should also have vision and business acumen to optimally utilize the testing facility being setup.
  3. Experience Requirements: For E8 Level: 20 years of post-qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./ Public Sector Undertaking or private company of repute, out of which 2 years experience in the post and scale of pay of Rs. 43200 -66000 (IDA pay scale effectivefrom 01.01.2007) or equivalent level/post profile.
  4. Upper Age Limit: 55 years. Pay Scale : Rs.51300-73000

Prolect Coordlnator – 1 post [E7 level]

  1. Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from recognized University. Post Graduate in any Electrical Engineering Discipline, Ph.D in any Electrical Engineering Discipline would be given preference.
  2. Experience Profile: Should have experience in substation equipment handling/ testing and certification/ Protection and instrumentation. Should have experience in liaisoningwithvarious agencies/ Department/Organizations ofpowerSector.
  3. Experience Requirements: For E7 Level: 18 years of post-qualification experience in the executive cad re in the relevantarea in a Govt./ Public Sector Undertaking or private company of repute, out of which 2 years experience in the post and scale of pay of Rs.36600-62000 (IDA pay scale effective from 01.01.2007) or equivalent level/ post profile.
  4. UpperAge Limit: 50 yea rs. Pay Scale: Rs.43200-66000

Head (Human Resources) – 1 post [55 level]

  1. Qualification: Graduation in any discipline and MBA with specialization in Human Resources from Recognized university or 2 years PG Diploma in Human Resources Management / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations from recognized University/Institute.
  2. Experience Profile: Should have experience in various aspects of Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ Administration functions preferably in a large organization/ organization of repute.
  3. Experience Requirements: For E5 Level: 12 years of post-qualification experience in the executive cad re inthe relevantarea in a Govt./ Public SectorUndertakingor private company of repute, out ofwhich 03 years experience in the post and scale of payof Rs. 29100-54500 (IDA pay scale effective from 01.01.2007) or equivalent level/ post profile.
  4. UpperAge Limit: 40 years. Pay Scale : Rs.32900-58000

Head (Flnance)- 1 post [55 level]

  1. Qualification: Qualified CA or ICWA.
  2. Experience Profile: Should have experience in various aspects ofAccounts/ Finance/ InternalAudit/Taxation preferably in a large organization/ organization of repute..
  3. Experience Requirements: For E5 Level: 12 years of post-qualification experience in the executive cad re inthe relevantarea in a Govt./ Public SectorUndertakingor private company of repute, out of which 03 years experience in the post and scale of pay of Rs.29100-54500 (IDA pay scale effective from 01.01.2007) or equivalent level/ post profile.

Accounts Officer 01 Post

  1. Experience Profile: Should have experience in various aspects ofAccounts/ Finance/ internalAudit/Taxation preferably in a large organization/ organization of repute.
  2. Experience Requirements: For E2 Level: 05 years of post-qualification experience in the executive cad re in the reievantarea in a Govt./ Public SectorUndertakingor private companyof repute.
  3. UpperAge Limit: 35 years. Pay Scale : Rs.20600-46500 VI. E

Engineer  (0&IVI- Coordlnators) – 2 post [E2 level]

  1. Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics Engineering from a recognized University/Institute. Post Graduate in any Electrical Engineering Discipline would be given preference.
  2. Experience Profile: Should have experience in substation Equipment maintenance/ Testing/ Protection and Instrumentation in Power Sector/ Manufacturingfacilities.

Englneer [Malntenance (Electrlcalllnstrumentatlon  SCADAI’I’SICIVISH – 2 post [E2 level]

  1. Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Control & Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized University/Institute. Post Graduate in any Electrical Engineering Discipline would be given preference.
  2. Experience Profile: Should have experience in substation Equipment maintenance/ Testing/ Protection and Instrumentation in Power Sector/ Manufacturing facilities and have worked on SCADA/TS/CMS for minimum one year with recent standards / protocol like lEC—61850 etc.
  3. Experience Requirements: For E2 Level: 05 years of post-qualification experience in the executive cadre inthe relevantarea in a Govt./ Public Sector Undertakingor private company/01c repute.

Engineer 01 Post

  1. Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electrical /Electronics Engineering from recognized University. Post Graduate in any Electrical Engineering Discipline would be given preference.
  2. Experience Profile: Should have experience in Contracts Management/ Procurement Process/ Store Inventory Handling in Power Sector/ Man ufactu ringfacilities.
  3. Experience Requirements: For E2 Level: 05 years of post-qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevantarea in a Govt./ Public Sector Undertakingor private companyorc repute, out ofwhich 03 years in Contract and Materials.

  3. Experience Requirements: For E1 Level: 02 years of post-qualification experience in the executive cadre as Company Secretary.

Candidate has to approach the nearby SBI branch with a printout of the “pay-in-slip” which is available on the application registration portal. The pay-in-slip printed from the portal should only be used for depositing the fee for proper crediting of amount in the allocated account. On receipt of the money, the bank will issue a unique .Iournal Numberand a Branch Code ofthe bank collecting the money.Thisjournal number and the branch code are to be filled up by the candidate during online registration. NHPTL will not be responsible, in case a candidate depositsthe fee in wrong account. Fee once paid will not be refu nded u nder any circumstances.
