Job Description : • Over all responsible for planning and monitoring of the project in terms of time line, critical activities, risk ,cost etc. • To support the field engineers about the lagging behind activities to expedite the progress. Responsible for issue necessary guideline /methodology to recover the lost progresses. • To drive the EPC contractor and professional consultant to implement all planning mechanism. • To collect progress report from all corners and comply the same to generate over all progress status of the project. • To prepare progress report on daily, weekly and monthly basis and find out the activities either lagging behind or leading ahead of schedule. Plan and exercise various methods to expedite lagging behind activities. • To identify the potential risk in the project and analyze the same for its impact and timely solution to the risk. • To conduct weekly review with MGR consultant and contractor w.r.t to progress of Engineering, procurement, safety, Risk, expediting, Environment etc . • To coordinate with central project control for the guidelines and compliances and update the central control and PMO about the progress. • To monitor the cost /cash flow according to contract terms and conditions, highlight any abnormal deviation either in quality, quantity and cost. • Responsible for attending meeting with PMO’s • Responsible to manage the interfaces smoothly with various departments. • To Plan the project in such a way that the project can be delivered within stipulated time line, Budget and expected quality. • To ensure all cost parameters are within control and no major deviation, if any address it appropriately. • To exhibit very good interpersonal skills and ensure proper co-ordinate with internal and external customers. • To prepare and monitor progress through either Primavera/MS project. • To exhibit leadership skills and motivator to team members. • To be a very good team player. • To co-ordinate with central planning cell and PMO to update about project and get guidelines for compliances • Adequate assessment of risk involved its potential and impact on the project. Derive an appropriate and timely resolution of the same.
