Nominations for the following positions in PPAC are invited only from Oil Marketing Companies(OMCs) i.e IOC, HPC and BPC on deputation basis as per the grades mentioned against each vacant position for placement in PPAC by February/March, 2015:-

Name of Post Joint Director

        1. Grade ‘D/E’ equivalent to IOC
        2. Whether selection post Selection

        4. Education and other qualifications required for the post MCA or Engineering Degree(Computer Science/ Electronics/Communications) would be preferred or Graduate with MCSE/CCNA or any of the computer certified courses/certification
        5. Job Requirement The specific assignments involves the following major activities:- i. To maintain and supervise activities relating to Networking, Server Management, data management, updation of software. In addition, he will be responsible to take care of IT related services and procurement of hardware/software items ii. System Administration iii. Networking skills iv. Conversant with Oracle-8i performance monitoring and tuning of oracle related server demons

        1. The position is equivalent to Gr. A/ Grade A/B/C equivalent to IOC.

        4. Education and other qualifications required for the post Graduate in any discipline. Additional qualification relating to Computer Applications/Operations will be preferred.
        5. Job Requirement Proper and effective record keeping in office/ department. Receipt, dispatch and tracking of dak within office as well as various outside agencies like MoPNG, Oil Companies, Govt. agencies etc. Coordination with Senior Officers in PPAC as well as in MoPNG and outside agencies for organizing meetings in the office as well as outside office Coordination and liaisoning with MoPNG, Oil Companies, Govt. Agencies Drafting of letters and replies independently with regard to Parliament Questions and Reference received from MoPNG as well as to preparation of executive summary of the proposals.
        6. Experience Minimum 4 years of experience in carrying out similar jobs. Preference will be given to the candidates who have independently handled similar jobs or attached to senior officers

        5. Job Requirement The job involves collection & maintenance of Data pertaining to petroleum sector. The incumbent to be required to maintain departmental files & records. He would render assistance to senior officers in the division to prepare notes and reports on relevant issues. In addition he would be required to prepare draft replies to parliament questions/references received from MoPNG independently.
        6. Experience Minimum 5 years of experience preferably in planning, Admn., Accounts & Co-ordination department of OMC. Knowledge of computer operations will be essential

How to apply for Assistant & More Vacancies – Vacancy in Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell (PPAC):

The period of deputation to PPAC shall be about 3 years and will commence from the date immediately after relieving of the employee from his parent company. The period of deputation can be curtailed. During the period of deputation, the employee will retain lien in his parent organization The employee will continue to get the pay and allowances as admissible to him in his parent company from time to time under the operation of normal rules as per his personal grade pay and scale. The employees shall be entitled to a deputation allowance @ 10% of Basic Pay per month. The employee will continue to be in the same grade and scale of pay as in his parent organization. Apart from the aforesaid deputation allowance, he will not be allowed any other allowance like officiating allowance etc. during his deputation/assignment in PPAC. During the period of deputation, the employee shall hold such positions and discharge such responsibilities diligently as may be assigned to him from time to time. In the event the employee gets a promotion while on deputation to PPAC, the employee will continue to be on deputation in case so desired by PPAC, and, if required, would be re-designated as per the practice of PPAC. In case, however, PPAC is unable to accept him in the higher promoted grade, he would revert to his parent organization even during his deputation period. During the period of deputation, the employee will draw TA, DA, Bonus, LTC, and Reimbursement of Vehicle Operating Expenses for official purposes, etc. as per the rules of his parent organization applicable to his personal grade. Other facilities like medical, leave etc. will be available to him as per the rules of his parent organization. The employee will continue to be governed by the service, conduct, discipline, and appeal rules of his parent organization. The employee shall abide by all day to day working conditions/facilities like closed days, holidays, working hours, canteen facilities, etc. as per the practice in PPAC.
