- Service & Operations
- Call Management / respond & resolve customer’s offered by RBL Bank Contact Center
- Training Assistance & Floor Mentoring whenever
- Real-Time floor Management as per necessity.
- Adhere to breaks/shifts in a timely manner as
- Meet and exceed performance targets set by management.
- Use appropriate escalation methods.
- Perform all other duties assigned.
- Follow all floor policies and HR policies.
- Identify and qualify legitimate sales opportunities.
