This position is responsible for supporting, developing and supervising the contact center service operations environment in the DR site
This position will collaborate and work closely with all supporting functional teams including marketing, claims, sales operations, product management, product marketing, support, finance and IT to ensure a world class service experience for existing customers.
This position will be responsible for meeting DR SLAs defined for inbound process working towards improvements in line with the organization strategy going forward.
