Head Master / Principal:
Applications are invited from In-service Teachers working in the Government School having the eligible criterion for filling up of following twenty (20) posts of Head Master Secondary School and 17 (seventeen) posts of Principal Sr. Secondary School under HRDD, Govt. of Sikkim in the PB-3 Rs. 15600-39100 and GP of Rs. 6200/- and PB-3 Rs. 15600- 39100 and GP of Rs. 6700/- respectively
Head Master Secondary School:
- No of post : 20
- Qualification : Graduate with B.Ed./M.A. with B.Ed. and 08 yrs. of regular service as Graduate Teacher or Post Graduate Teacher Graduate with B.Ed. and 05 (five) years of regular Service as Headmaster of Junior High School or Assistant Education Officer.
- Eligibility Criteria : 50% by promotion of Graduate Teacher and Post Graduate Teacher. 50% by promotion of Headmaster of Junior High School and Assistant Education Officer
Principal Sr. Sec. School:
- No of post : 17
- Qualification : Post Graduate with B.Ed. recognized by NCTE and with 10 yrs. of regular service as Post Graduate Teacher. Post Graduate with B.Ed. recognized by NCTE and with 05 yrs. of regular service as Headmaster of Sec. School.
- Eligibility Criteria :50% by promotion of Post Graduate Teacher. 50% by promotion of Headmaster of Secondary School.
How to Apply:
Complete application form accompanied by (1) No Objection Certificate from the Appointing Authority (2) Date of initial appointment order will have to be submitted. Application form can be downloaded from www.spscskm.gov.in The form should be filled up by the candidate himself/herself and submitted in the office of the Joint Director, HRDD in their respective district along with original Bank Receipt of State Bank of Sikkim, for Rs. 150/- credited to ‘0051-SPSC’. Last date for submission of filled in application form is 09.12.2014. Application received after 03:00 p.m. of 09.12.2014 shall not be accepted. The Human Resource Development Department shall forward the received applications to the Secretary, Sikkim Public Service Commission, Gangtok on or before 13.12.2014. Date for issue of Admit Card will be intimated in due course of time. No TA/DA is admissible for attending the examination/ interview. On selection, the candidate should be willing to serve anywhere within the State of Sikkim. Admission at all the stages of examination for which candidates are admitted by the Commission viz: Main (written) examination and Interview Test will be purely provisional and is subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions, If, on verification at any stage of the examination process, it is found that candidates do not fulfill any of the eligibility conditions, their candidature for the post will be cancelled by the Commission.
