CAIIB is an additional qualification. Experience in SHG financing and rural banking etc Experience Min. 15 years of relevant experience in funds management in Scheduled Bank or any other financial institution. The job involves formulation and implementation of business development strategies, managing funds flow, managing assets and liabilities, liaison with financial institutions and Govt. Departments, credit rating etc., Good skills in MS Office and other relevant fields is essential. Experience in CBS environment is preferable. Consolidated scale of Rs.35000/- per month. 45 to 61 years
DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER – Accounts 01 Qualifications Any Post Graduate/preference will be given to MBA / M.Com/ or Graduate in Agriculture/Veterinary from a recognized University, preferably with JAIIB/CAIIB. Experience in SHG financing and rural banking etc. Experience Min. 15 years of service in Scheduled Bank. The job involves reconciliation of bank accounts, Compilation & checking of income and expenditures, maintenance of accounts, balance sheet verification, liaison with banks, day to day accounting of the Institution, Good technical skills and computer knowledge and exposure to CBS environment. Consolidated scale of Rs.35000/- per month. 45 to 61 years
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER – (Institutional Monitoring / Training / Social Audit) 1 Qualifications Any Post Graduate/preference will be given to MBA/PGDBM in Finance / Social Work/ Commerce/ or Graduate in Agriculture / Veterinary / from a recognized University, with proficiency in computer application Experience 8-10 years of working experience with SHGs and their federations and or with microfinance institutions, grading of CBOs/borrowers is essential. • Expertise in conducting audit of Micro Finance Institutions/Community Based Organisations. • Balance sheet, P&L analysis. • Preparing Business Plan and projections for CBOs • Knowledge in accounting. • Preparing training plan and implementation. Manager – (Customer Relations) 02 Qualifications Graduate/Post Graduate in /MBA/PGDBM in Finance, MSW/M.Com from a recognized University is preferable. Qualification in Computer Application is essential. Experience 3-5 years experience in working SHGs and their Federations/ Microfinance Institutions/Community Based Organizations is preferable. Consolidated scale of Rs.20,000/- per month. 28 to 35 years
Asst. Manager – (Monitoring) 01 Qualifications Any Graduate, knowledge in Computer Application is essential. Experience 2-3 years experience in working with SHGs and their Federations/ Microfinance Institutions/Community Based Organisations is essential. Consolidated scale of Rs.10,000/- per month. They will be eligible for DA and FTA of Rs. 2500 per month 25 to 30 years
Office Assistant 01 Qualifications Minimum SSC Qualification Experience One year relevant working experience Consolidated scale of Rs.6000/- 18 to 25 years

Selection Procedure for  Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP Telangana) – Office Assistant & More Vacancies Post: 

  1. Candidates can apply on or before    10/6/2015.
  2. The eligible candidates who are shortlisted will be called in the ratio of 1:5 for personal interview and decision of Stree Nidhi in this regard shall be final.
