Consultant

Consultant (Pedagogv)

  1. Required Qualifications and Experience Post Graduate in any subject with at least600/o marks MA (Education)/M.Ed. with at least 600/o marks At least 3 years work experience in one or more of the following areas: Designing and implementing curricular and pedagogical interventions for quality improvement in schools, including development of teaching Ieaming material Training of teachers and development of teachers training modules Experience in the use of innovative technologies for classroom transactions. trainings etc. or
  2. Desirable : Phd. in Education Good communication skills, both written as well as oral; Fluency in English and Hindi Working knowledge of computers using various softwares.

Consultant (Assessments)

  1. Qualification  : Required Qualifications and Experience Post Graduation in any subject with at least 60% marks MA (Education)/M.Ed. with at least 60% marks with specialization in assessment and evaluation  At least 3 years of working experignce on large scale assessments inone or more of the following areas: Developing assessment tools Administering assessment tools Analysis and reporling of assessment results
  2. Desirable : PhD in Education (with focus on assessment and evaluation) Good communication skills, both written as well as oral; Fluency in English and Hindi Working knowledge of computers using various softwares.

Consultant (School Leaders’ Professional Development)

  1. Qualification :  Post Graduation in any subject with at least 60% marks r MA(Education)/M.Ed. with at least 60% marks;  At least 3 years work experience in one or more of the following areas: Assessing capacity building needs from a Leadership and Managemen Post Graduation in any subject with at least 60% marks r MA(Education)/M.Ed. with at least 60% marks; At least 3 years work experience in one or more of the following areas: Assessing capacity building needs from a Leadership and Managemen  academic leadership, people leadership, overall management and governance etc.) Conceptualizing and designing capacity building programs, and developing training modules and materials Experience in leading or facilitating trainings, learning forums and on-th ground coaching/ mentoring efforts – oneself, or working with a team I partners.Overall organization development or human resource development
  2. Desirable : PhD (Education). Good communication skills, both written as well as oral; Fluency in English and HindiEvidence of having attendantlparticipated in school leadership programmes Working knowledge of computers using various softwares

Consultant(Teachers’ Professional Development)

  1. Qualification Post Graduation in any subject with at least 60% marko At least 3 years work experience in one or more of the following areas: Assessing capacity building needs of Teachers, particularly in a goverrurent school context Conceptualizing and designing capacity building programs, and developing training modules and materials Experience in leading or lacilitating trainings, learning fbrums and on-thground coaching/ mentoring efforts – oneself, or working with a tearn or partners. overall organization development or human resource development
  2. Desirable PhD in Education with focus on Teacher Education. Good communication skills, both written as well as oral; Fluency in English and Hindi Working knowledge of computers using various softwares.

HOW TO APPLY :

  1. Degree as referred above should have been awarded by a recognized University/ Institute Mere eligibility will not vest any right on any candidate for being called for interview..

The Institute reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for interview after shortlisting with reference to the candidate’s qualification, suitability, experience, requirement, etc. The Govt. of Haryana reserves the right to fill or not to fill any or all the posrs advertised.
  4. ‘fenure for the post of Consultants shall be one year at the first instance which is extendable on satisfactory performance of service up to a maximum of 5 years or till the time the incumbent attains the age of 65 years^ whichever is earlier, on year to vear basis at the discretion of Competent Authority.
  5. Consolidated remuneration will be commensurate with candidate’s experience & qualification as fixed by the Competent Authority but in no case it shall be less than Rs 50,000/- per month.
  6.
