ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR 7 Ph.D. (in any discipline) with 8 years of experience or Post Graduate degree (in any discipline)
with 12 years of work experience in an academic institution, government or development sector
  1. Knowledge creation, dissemination, and capacity building of the M.Sc. / M.A. inDevelopment Practice. Anchoring the planning, teaching and assessment, as per theTISS’s Academic curriculum requirements.
  2. Co-ordinate the academic activities and processes in collaboration and partnershipwith the mentoring centres located at remote location. 
  3. Lead the Planning, organising and implementation of project activities geared towardsacademic goals in collaboration with the programme objectives as envisaged in thePMRDFs scheme. 
  4. Assess and supervise the status of particular activity/course/module, identifyloopholes if any, support the team with pedagogical and curricular inputs for effectivemanagement of the Master’s Programme.
  5. Anchor and organise contact programmes workshops, seminars, training and deliveryof outputs in co-ordination with the Mentoring Units.
  6. Design, introduce and continuously develop feedback mechanisms and opencommunication channels to ensure transparency and accountability in all the activities undertaken as part of the M.Sc. / M.A. in DevelopmentPractice.
  7. Anchor the overall responsibility of delivering the Masters in Development Practiceprogramme as part of the project.
ASSISTANT PROFESSOR 2 Ph.D. (in any discipline) with two years of experience or Post Graduate degree (in any
discipline) with 8 years of work experience in an academic institution, government or
development sector
  1. Knowledge creation, dissemination, and capacity building of the M.Sc. / M.A. in Development Practice. Anchoring the planning, teaching and assessment, as per the TISS’s Academic curriculum requirements.
  2. Co-ordinate the academic activities and processes in collaboration and partnership with the mentoring centres located at remote location.

POGRAMME ASSOCIATE 2 Graduation in Engineering, Medicine, Law, Agriculture r or Post Graduate degree (in any
discipline) with minimum of 4 years of experience in development sector. Strong IT,
research methodology and data transformation skills preferred.
  1. The Program Associate is expected to actively participate in the realization of targets linked to the M.A. / M.Sc. in Development Practice of PMRDF.
  2. Realise the project targets in time, within budget, and at the required quality level.
  3. Organizing the project team by securing training where necessary.
  4. Support in designing and managing courses on Moodle.
  5. Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and implement work flow.
  6. Write, review and produce documents and research papers based on the PMRDF process and specific research assigned to you.
  7. Manage MIS 
  8. Facilitate online and contact learning; continuous contact, dialogue and monitor progress of work and learning.
  9. Work with the faculty members assigned as research guide and mentor to fellows and keep track of progress.
  10. Coordinate the project activities within the wider TISS and partner campuses, specifically the PMRDF and respective Academic Departments as the main users; the Administrative Departments for integration with back-office systems; and the Computer Centre for technical tasks.
  11. Demonstrated engagement with field practices and continued association with the field and experience in organising and conducting workshops and training programs.
  12. The Programme Associate shall report to the Faculty in charge from the respective centre.
PROGRAMME OFFICERS 2 Graduation in Engineering, Medicine, Law, Agriculture or Post Graduate degree (in any
discipline) with minimum of 2 years of experience in development secto
  1. The Program Officer is expected to actively participate in the realization of all project targets twinned to the M.A. / M.Sc. in Development Practice of PMRDF.
  2. The programme officer will be in charge of updating, maintaining and managing updates and activities on Moodle Platform.
  3. Programme Officer will also participate in designing interface architecture for Moodle with the support from computer section at TISS.
  4. Anchoring and supporting the update and maintain online MIS and learning systems and programme information interface.
  5. Travel to assigned states and districts for discussion and support to the fellows.
  6. Continuous contact, sharing of information and reports with key administrators, mentors and facilitating institutions at the State and district level; and Ministry of Rural Development, GoI.
  7. Possess faith in peoples’ ability to be part of the development process and gain access to and control over development and welfare entitlements.
  8. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team, willingness to listen and empathise with people and ability to interface with people and officials from village to national level.
  9. Possess ability and willingness to travel a minimum of 15 days a month in conflict affected areas of the region assigned.
  10. High level of motivation and compassionate attitude towards team members is required.
  11.  The profile requires to be a team worker and to be able to demonstrate high degree of collaboration with stakeholders and agencies for achieving the desired outcomes.
  12. High level of competence in IT application for data transformation is essential.
ADMINISTRATIVE & ACCOUNTS OFFICER 1 Education: Minimum Graduate with B. Com / Chartered Accountant
Experience:
 Applicants should have minimum 2 years of experience in any administrative /
accounts related position. Experience with Government organisations/ University will
be preferred.
  1. Anchor the administrative processes of the project office and manage office activities.
  2. Maintaining accounting entries such as expense vouchers, receipts voucher & cash and bank book in tally.
  3. Manage day to day office procedures.
  4. Manage communication with different stakeholders to support the project activities. Will be responsible for arranging for all logistical requirements, like outstation and local travel, stay, food, etc for staff / consultants/ Faculty/ experts.
  5. Manage events, meetings, workshops, seminars, etc.
  6. Support the Project Manager and Co-ordinator in managing administrative processes in office to help them perform their official duties effectively.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 1 Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
Applicants should have minimum 1 years of experience in any administrative
position. Experience with Government organisations/ University will be preferred.
