        1. Academic Qualification:
          • M.D. (Anaesthesiology)/ M.S. (Anaesthesiology)/DNB(Anaesthesiology) from teaching institute recognized by MCI. Teaching Experience (as per MCI norms):
          • Requisite recognized postgraduate qualification in the subject.
          • Three years teaching experience in the subject concerned in a recognized Medical college /Institute as resident/Registrar/Demonstrator/Tutor.
        2. Remuneration:
          • 0 to 6 months – Consolidated pay of Rs. 53,500/-per month + Fixed incentive of Rs.45,000/-per month for additional hours of working which will be 12 hours per week + No Incentive for case in OT.
          • 6 months to 1 year – Consolidated pay of Rs. 53,500/-per month + Fixed incentive of Rs.50,000/-per month for additional hours of working which will be 12 hours per week + Rs.500 for second case in OT where first case is nil.
          •  1 year to 1 ½ year – Consolidated pay of Rs. 53,500/-per month + Fixed incentive of Rs.54,000/-per month for additional hours of working which will be 12 hours per week + Rs.500 for second case in OT where first case is nil.
          • 1 ½ year to 2 years – Consolidated pay of Rs. 53,500/-per month + Fixed incentive of Rs.58,000/-per month for additional hours of working which will be 12 hours per week + Rs.1000 for second case in OT where first case is nil.
          • 2 years to 2 ½ years – Consolidated pay of Rs. 53,500/-per month + Fixed incentive of Rs.62,000/-per month for additional hours of working which will be 12 hours per week + Rs.1500 for second case in OT where first case is nil.
          •  2 ½ years to 3 years – Consolidated pay of Rs. 53,500/-per month + Fixed incentive of Rs.66,000/-per month for additional hours of working which will be 12 hours per week + Rs.2000 for second case in OT where first case is nil.For getting fixed incentive from A to F they have to work in OPD round/emergency duty once in week, emergency night duty once in week, either for OT or CTRR & other job profile decided by institute.
          • If any Anaesthetist do 2 emergencies in a week, then he will be given additional Rs.10,000/- per month in addition to his routine incentive as per incentive policy of the Institute.
          • Incentive will be decided o n merit, work performance a n d past track record of teaching, academic & research of faculty regarding data of results of treatment mainly for simple, complicated, complicated complex cardiac procedure.
          • In addition to above mentioned fixed incentive by the institute, you may get additional incentive for teaching, training and research by the institute as per incentive policy of the institute.
          • Any change in the Incentive policy will be applicable.
          • 10 % yearly increment on consolidated pay (gross).
          • Leave, PF, Gratuity, Group Health Insurance and other benefits will be as per rules of the Institute.
          • Conference leave of 15 days will be given.
          • Institute will sponsor for attending national / international conference as per rules of the Institute, which also includes other academic activities decided by the Institute.

Selection Procedure for U N Mehta Institute of Cardiology and Research Centre (UNMICRC) – Assistant Professor Post:

        1. Written Test on 14/3/2015.
        2. Shortlisted candidates will undertake face to face interview.
        3. Dates are yet to be announced for the final selection

Walkin Procedure for Assistant Professor vacancy in U N Mehta Institute of Cardiology and Research Centre (UNMICRC):

        1. MCI norms will be considered for all teaching medical posts.
        2. Applicants have to come with all original documents and certified true copy of each documents. (viz. Birth Date, Academic Qualifications, attempt, mark sheet, relevant experience certificate issued by supervising authority, special achievement, if any; and one passport size photograph, etc.).
        3. All appointments will be on contractual basis, for a period of 2 years. Contract will be renewed after appraisal and satisfactory completion of contract tenure. Working Performance will be considered for further increase in pay and other benefits.
        4.  Salary is a consolidated amount, higher salary can be considered in deserving candidate.
        5. Experience in Cardiac Hospital / Cardiac department in Multi‐Specialty Hospital /Multi specialty hospital will be preferred.
        6. Computer literacy is essential for all the posts.
        7. Test for English, Typing and Subject specific question will be taken at the time of interview.
        8.  Criteria of Age, Qualification, Experience and other Terms & Conditions etc., may be relaxed in deserving cases.
        9. Shift duty for all the posts, is the requirement of the institute. Duty hours will be decided by the Institute.
        10. Institute reserves all rights to make any necessary changes in criteria / rules.
