Guest Faculty

The Department of Sanskrit Studies invites applications for appointment of two(2) Guest faculty in the Department to teach the students of Post Graduate Diploma in Sanskrit Computational Linguistics during the Monsoon semester on a consolidated pay. The details of courses to be taught and the necessary qualifications of the candidates are given below.

  1. Department :Sanskrit Studies
  2. Roster details :1 UR/  OBC
  3. Specialization / Qualifications :To offer following courses a) (SK751) Natural Language Processing -I b) (SK752) Computer Programming-I c) (SK753) Vyakarana and Linguistics-I While UGC norms will apply, preference will be given to candidates with good background in Vyakarana and Computational Linguistics.

Emoluments: Consolidated payment of 20,000 Rs per month will be paid per course, and Rs. 30,000 Rs. per month, in case a guest faculty teaches two courses.

As per F&A rules, 10% for PAN card holders and 20% in case of Non-PAN card holders will be deducted towards tax from the payment.
